These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through the website AngbandForge.com.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All products sold on AngbandForge.com are resin 3D printed miniatures, made to order.

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process:

  • Items may show minor variations or small imperfections

  • All miniatures are sold unpainted and unassembled 

  • Products are intended for hobbyists and collectors

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

We do not store your payment information.

6. Production & Processing Time

All items are made to order.

  • Production time: 5 to 10 business days

This may vary depending on order volume.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier performance.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU):

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation or return.

9. Returns & Refunds

We only accept refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Major manufacturing defect

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us through our contact form.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Improper use of the products

  • Damage caused after delivery

Our products are not toys and are not suitable for young children.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, designs, texts, 3D models) is protected.

Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
