All our products are made to order using high-quality resin 3D printing.

Production time: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping method: Mondial Relay

Delivery times: Depend on destination and carrier delays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.

We accept refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

Item arrives damaged

Major defect

To request a refund or replacement:

Include clear photos of the issue

Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery

Our miniatures are:

3D printed in resin

Sold unpainted

Designed for collectors and hobbyists

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations or small imperfections may occur.

These products are not toys and are not suitable for young children.
